Hazem Abdelghany is a chef whose career blends curiosity, discipline, and storytelling. He began with a stage at Kazoku before rising to a leadership role at Ralph’s German Bakery. His culinary training in Rome opened the door to Osteria Francescana, where a transformative stage reshaped his perspective on food and its endless possibilities. Hazem went on to become sous chef at Æde, a modern Nordic-inspired restaurant in Rome, before returning to Cairo to lead Kiki’s Setup.

Today, he is the creative force behind Cool Cat—a chef-led concept that reimagines fine dining as a playful, evolving space for connection and cultural storytelling.
